What is Toyota Extra Care Protection?

Toyota Extra Care Protection is a program available to Toyota clients who purchase a new Toyota vehicle. Consumers have the option of selecting from two great plans. Extra care Protection (ECP) is an added value option that covers your new Toyota beyond our already comprehensive warranty for that added peace of mind. ECP offers many benefits which will be covered below:

Mechanical Protection

ECP provides added security for our Powertrain Warranty. Up to 7 years of added protection for extensive mechanical protection. You will be able to service your Toyota at any of the 1,500 Toyota dealers across North America. We promise only to use genuine Toyota parts, installed by Toyota trained technicians in our state of the art service centres.

Complimentary Services

• ECP benefits extend beyond mechanical protection. Depending on your plan you may be eligible for up to 8 complimentary oil changes and tire rotation. And an available 3-year maintenance service program.

Enhanced Roadside Assistance

• Includes ECP Tire Road Hazard Protection, Trip Interruption and Travel Planning.

ECP Tire Road Hazard Coverage

In the unfortunate situation where road hazards damage your tire, we will provide the parts, labor, installation, and balancing for up to 36 months or 50,000 km

What is Toyota Extra Care Platinum Coverage?

Our Platinum coverage includes all of the ECP features but takes it a step further. The plan consists of 8 oil and filter services, one tire rotation (vehicles with 6 month/8000 kilometer change schedule), and 3 years of our maintenance service program.

Toyota extended warranty is another name for Toyota Extra Care Protection. Both terms are interchangeable and include the many options and services available to all Toyota consumers. All of our warranty coverage is transferable from owner to owner.
